Andrew and Tonya Early, founders of Early Development Group, LLC, are the owners of Bayou Seafood Po-Boy’s & Wings.

Andrew is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has over 24 years of food service experience with 18 years involved in management and consulting.

tonyaTonya is a native of Wade, North Carolina and has over 15 years of information technology experience.

In keeping with their mission statement, Andrew and Tonya decided to create an affordable, “down home” environment, food focused, customer driven and guaranteed to make you crave for more. The menu has been designed completely with you in mind, especially if your taste buds are tingling for a taste of “Louisiana flavor”. Specializing in shrimp, oyster, catfish, crawfish, chicken and sausage Po-Boy’s.

Bayou Seafood Po-Boy’s & Wings is located beside Rowan Street Park and just one block from the North Carolina State Veterans Park and The Airborne & Special Operations Museum. We have indoor and outdoor seating, clean restrooms and we are just a step away from the park.
